Binomo Delayed ₺6,553 Withdrawal From My VIP Account to Garanti Bank
On August 29, 2025, at 10:35, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺6,553 from my Binomo VIP account to my Garanti Bank account. The transaction number is 72298ec8f1ea458288c33162bc65c8e2. However, even after waiting, the money has still not been deposited into my bank account.
Normally, withdrawals are processed much faster, and this is the first time I have experienced such a delay with Binomo. When I contacted live support, I was told that withdrawals typically take up to 72 hours or 3 business days. Still, in my past transactions, funds were credited much sooner, which makes this delay even more concerning. On top of this, a commission fee was also deducted from the withdrawal.
I am requesting that Binomo resolve this issue urgently and process my ₺6,553 withdrawal without further delay. Customers should not have to wait unnecessarily to access their own funds, especially when the platform normally processes payments faster.
