Binomo Ignored Customer After Deposit Disappeared — No Refund Issued
On October 17, I made a deposit of approximately $14 to my Binomo account via Garanti Bank. However, the amount did not appear in my Binomo account, nor was it refunded to my bank account.

I tried to contact Binomo customer service about this issue, but I did not receive a clear response, and my problem remains unresolved. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and it was a standard deposit transaction.
I request that the $14 be either credited to my Binomo account or refunded to my bank account immediately. Otherwise, I will have to initiate formal legal action. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
