Cryptocurrency Transfer Problems on Binance

As a customer who depends on quick and easy crypto transfers, I'm very upset that my recent transfer from XLM to Binance took so long. I did everything that was asked of me and gave the right address, but my funds haven't been processed yet, so I can't get to my money. I'm getting impatient because it's been a while. I really need my money, and the fact that the transfer system isn't working right is very frustrating. It's like putting money in a black hole and not knowing if or when it will come back out. I'm asking the person or group in charge to move quickly and finish the transfer as soon as possible. I'm a loyal customer, so I expect service that is reliable and quick, so I can handle my finances with ease and confidence. I'd like the person in charge to take quick action to fix this problem and finish the transfer of my money as soon as possible.
