I bought Bio Coin with my Web3 wallet and then moved it to my Binance spot wallet once it was available. Even though it says the move went through, the coins are still not in my spot wallet.
I don't know why the coin isn't in my account since it's on Binance. The exchange can be seen in the blockchain explorer, but I have no idea what to do next or where my coins are.
This is really annoying, and I need help right away to find my coins and make sure I can get to them in my spot wallet. Please look into this problem right away and give clear instructions on how to fix it. Thanks.
