Binance Web3 Airdrop Wallet Inaccessible—Funds Missing

I am unable to access my Binance Web3 Airdrop wallet. Every time I try, I receive an error message as shown in the attached screenshot. My wallet is completely unusable, and I have no idea where my funds have gone or why this issue is happening.

I can’t perform any transactions, withdraw, or even check my balance. This is extremely frustrating because my money is stuck, and I have no way to access it.

Binance, I need urgent assistance! Where are my funds, and why is my wallet not working? Please resolve this issue immediately so I can regain access to my account and funds. I expect a quick response!
