Binance Stop-Loss Order Fails and Causes Forced Liquidation

While trading futures on the BTC/USDT pair in the Binance app, the stop-loss order I placed failed to execute on January 14, 2026, at around 1:10 AM, without any warning or error message, and my position was liquidated. I was using a limit stop order, and although the order appeared active, it did not trigger. As a result, my balance of approximately $160 USD was completely wiped out.

After this incident, I attempted to contact Binance through live support, but I was unable to connect with an agent and did not receive any response regarding my issue. I believe that this liquidation occurred due to a system-related error, as my stop-loss order did not function as expected.

I request a detailed review of all my trades and orders during the relevant time period and ask that my approximately $160 USD loss, which occurred due to the stop-loss order not executing, be refunded to me.
