On October 20, 2025, at around 2:48 PM, I placed a stop-loss order in the Binance Futures section for the bianrensheng/USDT Perpetual trading pair. Even though the price reached my stop level, my orders did not execute. Because of this failure, I incurred an additional loss of about 2,500 USDT that day. I also have screenshots documenting that the orders didn’t fill despite the trigger.
Due to this issue, I tried to contact Binance customer support, but I couldn’t reach anyone or receive any assistance. My account user ID is 944993.
I’ve never experienced a problem like this before; this is the first time it has happened. I request reimbursement for my loss and a resolution for the financial and emotional damage I suffered. I expect a thorough investigation of the incident and a clear explanation to be provided to me.
