I am writing regarding my Garena Free Fire Max account, which I use on an Android device (Vivo Y28s). On April 13, 2026, my account was hacked, and the hacker also changed the recovery email, leaving me completely locked out and unable to secure my account.

Before the incident, my in-game name was “BRU.GOD×18,” but after the hack, it was changed to “Strange !,” which clearly shows unauthorized access and modification. This account is extremely important to me, as I have spent approximately 70,000 in in-game currency/money over time and accumulated valuable skins and items through both purchases and gameplay.

At this point, I have completely lost access and control, and I am deeply concerned about losing all the progress, purchases, and items associated with my account.
