I set a stop loss at 38.80 for my position on Binance, and my maximum expected loss should have been $30. However, instead of executing the stop loss correctly, Binance liquidated my entire position, causing me to lose $96 unfairly.
This is completely unacceptable—how can a platform of this size fail to execute basic risk management features properly? Traders rely on stop loss orders to protect their funds, and yet my entire balance was wiped out due to an error on Binance’s side.
