I Face Missing Withdrawal Issue on 1win With Payvip Ticket Open
I am writing regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with my 1win account. On April 5, I requested a withdrawal of ₹14,700 from my 1win balance via bank transfer to my Indian bank account, which I have previously used successfully.
In the 1win system, this withdrawal is now marked as “successful,” but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. A Payvip ticket was created for this transaction with the reference number PAYVIP-1345734, yet despite this, I have not received my funds.
I have been waiting since April 5, and the situation remains unchanged. This is very concerning, as the platform indicates that the payment has been completed, while my bank has not received anything. This discrepancy is causing serious inconvenience and uncertainty about the status of my money.
I request that my ₹14,700 withdrawal be immediately credited to my bank account, or that the necessary steps be taken to complete the transfer without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong in this process to prevent similar issues in the future.
