Binance Pre-Sale Token Not Listed or Refunded—Need My Money Back

I purchased tokens from a pre-sale on Binance Wallet (BNB) for a project called Wizzard, but the token was never listed, and I never received my money back.

I tried to contact customer support, but since the representative only speaks a foreign language, I couldn’t properly communicate or get a solution. How can I withdraw my funds? I have attached proof of my transaction for reference.

Binance, I need an immediate resolution! Either list the token as promised or return my money. This situation is completely unfair, and I expect a clear response and a refund as soon as possible!
