Binance Customer Service Is a Chatbot, No Productive Answer Supplied

Hello, I made a sale of 993.41 usdt the equivalent of 10000dh mad but the buyer only sent me 1000dh mad. The transfer was confirmed on binance and now I want to file a complaint and get my money back. The order number is 20517966043657510912 There is no phone number I can contact and the help center is just a robot so it doesn't answer my questions. How am I supposed to solve this if I can't even talk to someone real, these chatbots are there to stall and avoid really issues, I disagree with that.
