My Binance account has been blocked and while trying recovering it with the questions and liveness check system. Once I answered the questions and try the facial verification (liveness check) I face an issue with just a warning sign and a code indicating : 133197 and I cannot pass through the facial recognition process. There's no way to contact them or have more informations about this issue ?
