Bht Club Paytm UPI Deposit Not Credited to Game Account

I deposited 100 rupees via Paytm UPI to my Bht Club account on 14 May at around 1:21 PM, but the amount has still not been credited to my game account. The Paytm transaction reference number is 612435262206. I contacted support and was informed that the payment has not been received, yet the money has already been debited from my Paytm. I am unable to use the amount I deposited, and this is causing me inconvenience. I request that my 100 rupees be promptly credited to my Bht Club game account or that the transaction be checked urgently using the provided reference number and resolved without any further delay.
