Requesting Cancellation and Full Refund For Unauthorized Beyond VR Charges

I have been experiencing monthly charges from Beyond VR without my knowledge or consent. For approximately four months, fees have been regularly added to my Vodafone bill — first $4 and then $6. I have never subscribed to this service, never used it, and have no idea how it was even activated. It appears that a subscription may have been started without my permission.

Up to now, I have not contacted Beyond customer service. I request an urgent investigation of this situation, the cancellation of the Beyond VR subscription that was started without my consent, and a full refund of all charges added to my bill. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will exercise my legal rights and initiate all necessary legal actions.
