Cancel Unauthorized Beyond VR Subscription Adding to My Bill Immediately

I noticed that ₺239 is being added to my bill each month for a Beyond VR subscription on my child's phone, even though no subscription was made. When I contacted customer service, they claimed that I subscribed, which is not true. It seems like this is a setup in cooperation with Vodafone. I am requesting the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription. Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible!
