Since May 2024, Vodafone has been charging me between ₺218 and ₺239 every month for a Mega Miles Limited subscription that I never signed up for. On top of that, an additional ₺29 mobile payment fee was deducted from my bill.
This has been happening for 11 months without my knowledge, and I only recently noticed these unauthorized charges. I demand the immediate cancellation of this subscription and a full refund for the 11 months of unjust charges.
If Vodafone does not resolve this, I will escalate my complaint to Consumer Protection authorities and continue reporting this issue until it is fixed. Refund my money and cancel this subscription now!
