Boohoo Sent Me a “Medium” Dress That’s Too Small and Won’t Help Fix the Issue

I bought a "Medium" dress from Boohoo, but it's far from a medium size—it's so little I can barely get it past my shoulders. I also noted the clear size difference when I compared it to another Medium dress from Boohoo in my closet. When I contacted via message, they asked me to provide pictures and videos to "prove" that it doesn't fit. I anticipated some understanding, not flitting about trying to return an ill-sized item. Boohoo's sizing problems and consumer care let down me. If their quality of service is this, I will not be ordering from them ever more.
