Chronic Pump Failure In Creed Aventus Bought From Beymen
I purchased a Creed Aventus perfume from Beymen Metropol store, and after using only about 1/4 of the bottle, the spray pump stopped working. I returned it to the store for inspection, but the product was handed back to me with a “distributor rejection” response. (Inspection code: 98107306) Experiencing such an issue with a premium niche perfume is unacceptable. In my research, I found that another Beymen customer reported the same issue and similar pump malfunctions have also been mentioned in global forums. This shows the problem is not individual but rather a recurring issue. Even if the product is original, encountering such a quality defect with a brand at this level inevitably raises doubts about its reliability and authenticity. Despite this, Beymen leaves its customers to deal with the distributor and does not take responsibility for the process. Customer service and store staff only say, “we understand you, but there is nothing we can do”, which closes the matter without resolution. For this reason, I expect a clear explanation and a proper solution from Beymen regarding this problem.
