Beymen Refused to Exchange My Defective Clothes Despite Following Care Instructions
For almost a year, I’ve been buying products from every store and every brand, but what I’ve experienced recently has been customer satisfaction at a level that’s truly disappointing. I owe Beymen a thank you for making me think, “If I had bought from one of the worst brands, I would never have gone through this and wouldn’t have had to deal with so much hassle.” For months, I’ve had issues with every product I purchased, but if I were to write it all here, it would turn into a novel, as they say. Let me tell you about the final straw. I wore one of the products I bought in the store and left. By the next day, the product had almost tripled in size. That’s the first issue. The other two products, despite following the care instructions on the label, had problems as well. One shrank to the point of being unwearable, and the other stretched at the seams, leaving gaps between the threads. We used these products exactly as required. We didn’t tear or burn them. We washed what needed to be washed according to the label, and dry cleaned what shouldn’t be washed. Despite this, the review process for all of the products came back with a simple rejection: “It’s normal, no need for an exchange.” Dear Beymen, if you’re not going to stand behind your products, why do you sell them at such high prices, claiming they’re equivalent to imported brands? If we’re going to face so many issues with every product, why should we buy from Beymen? If we bought from a random brand, I’m sure we’d get better customer satisfaction and immediate exchanges. While we’re paying 3 to 5 times more to make shopping easier, we end up constantly having to come to your stores and chase after our products. What you’ve done is disgraceful and doesn’t suit your brand. You’ve lost a loyal customer. Congratulations and good riddance!
