I Regret Buying 4 David Walker Perfumes—No Scent Longevity or Projection

The pump of the David Walker perfume I bought from Prime Mall stopped working before it was even half empty. I am unable to use the perfume, even though it is nearly full. Both my funds and the fragrance have been wasted. Visual proof was shared with regional sales managers, and the issue was recognized to be on the customer's side. This situation is not acceptable. I don't understand how the perfume pump could stop working after just a few uses. While the amount spent may seem small, it's important to think about the impact on your reputation and potential loss of customers. I won't be returning as a customer, and I'll be sure to spread the word to potential shoppers about the store's attitude. Consider carefully before making a purchase from a company that mistreats customers, shifts blame onto them for errors, and dismisses a minor perfume problem as user fault. Appreciation to the Regional Sales Manager for their disappointing approach.

The pump of the perfume I bought from David Walker at Gaziantep Prime Mall AVM broke before it was even halfway used. I can't use the perfume, which is almost full right now. Both my money and the perfume are wasted. Visuals have been sent to the regional sales managers, and the fault has been found to be the customer's. I have never seen such nonsense. I can't understand how the pump of the perfume could break after just two sprays by the user. The money I spent is not much, and I don't mind, but you should think about the prestige and customer loss you are facing. I will never shop again and will tell those who want to shop that this is the mentality. You should think ten times before shopping from a company that blames the user for a faulty product and says it is user error for a perfume worth a few bucks. I would also like to thank the Gaziantep Regional Sales Manager for this amazing problem-solving approach.

I received two perfumes from David Walker as a gift and wanted to return them the very next day, completely unused. What I experienced instead was a series of delays and redirections from one branch to another. Eventually, they refused the return, claiming the packaging was damaged. The perfumes we...

On May 4, 2025, I purchased a bottle of Black 1987 perfume for ₺1320 from the David Walker store at İzmir Optimum. I was initially really impressed with the fragrance and how long it lasted. But just three days in, the spray nozzle jammed and stopped working altogether. I immediately called the sto...

I recently purchased four perfumes from a store selling David Walker-branded open perfumes, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The fragrances were advertised as imitations of popular scents, but they bear no resemblance to the originals whatsoever. What’s worse, the longevity is p...
I purchased a Creed Aventus perfume from Beymen Metropol store, and after using only about 1/4 of the bottle, the spray pump stopped working. I returned it to the store for inspection, but the product was handed back to me with a “distributor rejection” response. (Inspection code: 98107306) Experien...
