Beymen Club Sold Me a Defective Women’s Cardigan With Detached Buttons as a Gift

On the evening of October 27, 2024, I purchased a women’s cardigan as a gift from the Beymen Club store in Cepa. However, when the gift was presented, we noticed a serious defect in the product. Many buttons on the cardigan were completely detached, which is an unacceptable situation. When purchasing a product from the store, especially after requesting it to be gift-wrapped, I certainly did not expect to encounter such an issue. This level of carelessness in a gift product has completely shattered my trust in the Beymen Club brand and left me in a very difficult position with the recipient of the gift. From a brand like Beymen Club, I expected a much more attentive approach to quality control and customer satisfaction.
