Betwoon Account Hacked With Unauthorized Login - Balance Loss

I am writing to report that my Betwoon account balance was used without my knowledge through access from a different IP address and to request that the necessary investigation be carried out. On 2 December at around 02:08, an unauthorized login was made to my account and my balance was used without my consent, resulting in a loss of ₺4,000. At the same time as this unauthorized access, I was unable to log into the site for a period of time when I attempted to place a bet, repeatedly facing login issues. After noticing the problem and realizing the missing balance, I contacted Betwoon customer service and live support, but I was told that they could not assist me, and my issue remained unresolved. I request that the records regarding the different IP address login to my account on 2 December at 02:08 be reviewed, that the security breach in my account be clarified, and that the ₺4,000 used without my knowledge be refunded to my account. I expect my grievance caused by this unauthorized access and balance usage to be resolved as soon as possible.
