I Lost ₺4500 on Betwoon and Was Denied My Bonus Despite Meeting Requirements

I recently registered on the Betwoon platform and deposited ₺4500 to play. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, I noticed suspicious interventions during the games that consistently led me to lose. After losing my entire deposit, I tried to claim the loss bonus that was promised, but I was shockingly denied.

The support team told me, "You are not eligible for the bonus because you have not made an investment," which makes absolutely no sense given that I had just deposited and lost ₺4500. This response was not only unfair but also completely illogical.

I feel deeply disappointed and misled by Betwoon. I demand that my eligibility for the loss bonus be honored immediately and that the site properly addresses these unfair gaming practices. If no resolution is provided, I will escalate my complaint to protect my rights as a customer.
