Three nights ago, I invested ₺10,990 into my Betwoon account and grew my balance to ₺17,000 through careful gameplay. Around midnight, I logged off and went to sleep—no one else had access to my device. The next morning, I woke up to find that my entire balance had been wiped out. Only ₺198 remained. According to the transaction history, someone had played with my funds all night long.

When I contacted Betwoon's support team, they claimed that I had played the games myself. That is absolutely false—I was asleep the entire time.
