Betwoon 4.000₺ Deposit Lost After Unauthorized Login and Account Ban

I deposited 4.000₺ into my account on the Betwoon website (https://betwoon786.com/?btag=8685237_458489) using the Parolapara method. However, later that night around 01:00, someone else accessed my account without my permission, played games under my name, and withdrew my funds. During this time, 142.000₺ was suddenly transferred into my account, and a person named A* called me, instructing me to withdraw the money and send 60.000₺ back to him, claiming I could keep the rest. I refused this suspicious request.

Shortly after, I was logged out of my account without any notice, and my account was permanently banned. When I contacted customer service, I was given no help at all and was only told “this is a lie.” This was the first time I experienced such a situation, and I suffered a direct loss of 4.000₺.

I demand a full investigation into this incident, the immediate return of my 4.000₺ deposit, and accountability for how my account was accessed without authorization. I also share this complaint publicly so others are aware of such risks and do not face the same unfair treatment.
