I Face Missing Deposit on Betwoon and Receive No Support from Customer Service
Today, I deposited ₺4,700 into my Betwoon account, expecting the funds to be available immediately for gaming. However, despite waiting for over an hour, the money never appeared in my account. Concerned about the delay, I contacted Betwoon customer service and promptly provided all requested documents, including the payment receipt.
Shockingly, instead of resolving the issue, they accused me of transferring the funds to a fraudulent site and refused to assist me further. This claim is completely unfounded, as I made the transaction following the instructions on Betwoon’s own deposit page.
This experience has caused me significant financial harm and emotional distress. I invested ₺4,700 with the expectation of enjoying their platform, but instead, I feel deceived and ignored. I demand the immediate return of my ₺4,700 deposit without further excuses.
