On May 25, I deposited ₺400 into my Betwinner account. For reasons still unknown, the payment was instantly rejected. I waited patiently, expecting a resolution or at least an explanation, but several days have passed with absolutely no response. I reported the issue to their finance department, but just like live support, they have been completely unhelpful and dismissive.
Live chat support keeps giving unrelated, generic answers that have nothing to do with my issue. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and professionalism. This kind of behavior shows exactly why users should avoid platforms like this. I demand my ₺400 be either credited to my account or refunded immediately. Enough is enough. Step up, Betwinner.
