Betwinner Approved My Withdrawal but I Got Nothing

On June 10th, I made two withdrawal requests on Betwinner—₺100,000 first, and then another ₺200,000 just 15 minutes later, adding up to a total of ₺300,000. Both requests were marked as "approved," but it’s been 8 days and not a single lira has made its way to my bank account. I reached out to their support team several times during this period, only to be met with the same response of “please wait” each time. There are no updates or explanations provided, just the same standard reply. I sent the requested bank statement in PDF format a week ago, and it clearly shows that the money has not been received. Unfortunately, there has been no advancement at all. It’s really troubling to have such a significant amount hanging in uncertainty like this. Account ID: 246002***. This site has neither sent the money I withdrew for 11 days nor provided a proper explanation. When I asked here, they said it would be sent within 1-2 days, but 3 more days have passed since then and there has been no explanation at all. On top of that, they blocked me from writing in the chat because I asked about it every day.

Hello, on June 10, I first requested a withdrawal of 100,000 and then 200,000 fifteen minutes later, for a total of 300,000. Although it says approved, it has not been credited to my account for 10 days. For 10 days, I am only being told to wait, but there has been no progress. I also sent the requested bank statement as a PDF a week ago, which clearly shows that the money has not arrived. Yesterday, on the complaint page, it was said that your issue has been resolved, but there has been no progress. Now I received an email saying your complaint has been resolved, but there is still no progress at all.

One more day has passed since they said your transaction is at the final stage, and no clear information is given in any way, they just say to wait. Even though I have submitted all the requested documents and they see that I have not received the money, I am still being made to wait for no reason. Yesterday, they said only 1-2 days left, but today they still just say to wait. No withdrawal process or review takes 9 days.

I am still waiting, there has been no progress. As I said, I have been kept waiting for 8 days and I do not want this to be delayed any longer. Could you please contact the necessary departments about this?

Yes, today is the 9th day and still there has been no progress. Despite sending all the requested documents for 9 days, I am only told to wait and no proper response is given to any emails.

Today is already the 9th day that the money hasn't been deposited. Yesterday, you said it would be resolved within 1-2 days, and now another day has passed. Now you're saying again that it will be resolved in 1-2 days. This process is really taking too long.

Two days ago, I was told that my money would be deposited on Tuesday. Today, when it's Tuesday, they say wrong information was given. They've just been stalling me for 14 days.
