When I try to log into my Betwinner mobile app, the system now asks me for a Google Authenticator code, even though I never enabled two-factor authentication on my account. This started happening after I tried logging in 3–4 times. The process seems to have been activated without my knowledge or consent.
I contacted Betwinner representatives via WhatsApp, and they initially told me that a system update was in progress and that I would be able to log in again in 30 minutes. However, once that time passed, I reached out again and received no further response from support.
Currently, my account holds a balance of ₺2000, and I am completely locked out. I have never experienced this type of problem before, and I did not receive any prior notification from Betwinner about enabling Google Authenticator or changing my login method. I also tried reaching support through my email (m******@gmail.com)** and WhatsApp, but I still haven’t received a proper solution. I am using the latest version of the Betwinner mobile application.
My Requests
The Google Authenticator 2FA that was added without my knowledge must be immediately disabled.
I should be allowed to log back into my account using my phone number and password as before.
My ₺2000 balance must be fully protected, and my access restored without further delays.
Betwinner should provide a clear explanation for why this happened and ensure stronger safeguards against unauthorized account changes.
I urgently request that my account be unlocked and my funds secured. This situation has already caused significant inconvenience, and I expect Betwinner to resolve it quickly.
