I recently created a new account on Betwinner and currently have a balance of ₺15,500 (Account ID: 1379470691). When I attempted to withdraw my funds, the platform requested identity verification. While I understand the need for security, the process has become unreasonable.
For the past four days, I have submitted every document requested without delay. Each time, however, Betwinner has come back asking for different documents, prolonging the process unnecessarily. Instead of progressing toward approval, the verification feels like an endless loop.
