There is no preparation beforehand, so a chunk of time gets wasted just catching up. If you need more time, you have to pay extra. The most frustrating part is losing session credits if they aren’t used within 30 days. I paid $160 for a month and got absolutely nothing in return—no coaching, no refund, and no chance to reschedule. This approach feels unfair and far from supportive.
