Unauthorized Subscription Charges from BetterMe, Request for Cancellation and Refund

For the past 4-5 months, a subscription fee of ₺115 has been regularly deducted from my account by BetterMe through Iyzico. When I downloaded the app, I only entered my card details for the trial period. I did not approve any subscription. I can’t reach customer service or find a contact number. I urgently request the cancellation of my subscription, a refund of my money, and the deletion of my card details.
