Unauthorized Charges by BetterMe via Iyzico – No Response to Subscription Cancellation

I recently discovered that the BetterMe app has been charging my credit card through Iyzico without any reason or authorization. Despite requesting to cancel the subscription, I received no confirmation or follow-up via email. Over the past 4 months, they have withdrawn ₺98 each month, totaling ₺392.

I am requesting an immediate refund of these charges and the cancellation of my subscription. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a formal complaint to the relevant authorities.
