I just discovered that BetterMe, through Iyzico, has been withdrawing ₺199.99 from my account every month since December 2022, totaling ₺4387.99 by April 2025. I never noticed it until recently, and when I did, I immediately canceled the subscription and emailed them.
What’s most frustrating is that I have never used the BetterMe app, never even logged in. These charges were made without my knowledge, consent, or any interaction with the service. Yet, they kept silently pulling money from my account month after month.
I reached out to BetterMe's support team, and while they promised someone would contact me, no one ever followed up regarding the refund. I’ve received no response, no resolution—just empty promises.
I demand the immediate cancellation of any ongoing charges and a full refund of the unauthorized amount withdrawn. This is a clear case of unauthorized billing, and I won’t accept being ignored.
