MetroOpinion Account Cancellation Issue And Unauthorized Redirects

As soon as I signed up for the MetroOpinion platform, I was met with insufficient information about the site and its processes. Immediately after starting the registration, I was redirected without my consent to different websites such as https://dkr1.ssisurveys.com/
. There is no clear guidance or explanation on how to cancel my membership, and I am unable to reach customer service. I encounter the same issue every time I try.

The lack of proper information regarding account cancellation and the absence of a transparent process have created serious suspicion that the system may be intentionally designed to prevent users from canceling their memberships.
