MetroOpinion Sending Unwanted Survey Emails Without Consent

For about a month, I have been receiving weekly survey invitation emails from MetroOpinion at my email address g***********@gmail.com. However, I did not sign up for this platform on my own, and I was not aware of any account being created under my name. Until now, I have not taken any action to cancel a membership or unsubscribe from these emails. The messages are delivered directly to my inbox, and I have received two emails so far.
My expectation from MetroOpinion is that if there is any account associated with my information, it should be completely deleted and my email address should be removed from all mailing lists. I also want to clearly state that I do not accept any responsibility related to this membership or these emails, and I request that no action or liability be imposed on me. I ask that the necessary steps be taken.
