I recently discovered that multiple unauthorized transactions have been made on my card by BetterMe - Workout without my knowledge or consent. I do not use the app, nor have I purchased any product or service. These deductions are completely unjustified and unauthorized.

I demand an immediate refund of all amounts deducted from my card. How is it acceptable to charge someone’s card without their explicit permission? If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities.

Please cancel any memberships or subscriptions tied to my card and ensure no further charges are made. I expect BetterMe to take immediate action to resolve this issue. Thank you for your prompt attention.
