BetterMe Yoga Charges Without Consent – Requesting Refund

For months, charges under the name "BetterMe Yoga" have been deducted from my account without my knowledge or consent. I have no idea what these payments are for, as I never signed up for or used this service. I demand a full refund for all unauthorized charges and an immediate cancellation of whatever subscription or service is causing these deductions. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take further action through the necessary legal and consumer protection channels. BetterMe must address this issue and stop unauthorized payments from my account. I expect a swift resolution and my money refunded immediately.
