For the last six months, BetterMe has been taking money from my account through Iyzico without my permission. Canceling this subscription has proven to be a challenge, as I've been unable to get in touch with anyone for help. I need to cancel my subscription immediately and request a full refund. I can't find a phone number to reach out to, and after reviewing my subscriptions, there's no sign of this recurring payment for me to cancel on my own. I urge BetterMe and Iyzico to resolve this issue quickly, cancel the subscription, and refund the money that was taken from my account without my consent.
