BetterMe Withdrew Money Without Consent and No Way to Cancel Subscription
For the last six months, BetterMe has been taking money from my account through Iyzico without my permission. Canceling this subscription has proven to be a challenge, as I've been unable to get in touch with anyone for help. I need to cancel my subscription immediately and request a full refund. I can't find a phone number to reach out to, and after reviewing my subscriptions, there's no sign of this recurring payment for me to cancel on my own. I urge BetterMe and Iyzico to resolve this issue quickly, cancel the subscription, and refund the money that was taken from my account without my consent. I hope this gets sorted out quickly to spare others from this unnecessary trouble.
