Requesting BetterMe Refund and Membership Cancellation

I recently noticed that BetterMe charged my card without my consent, even though I only made a one-time purchase. I was charged ₺350 without my knowledge, and I cannot find any contact number to request a refund or cancel my membership. I demand that my membership be canceled immediately and that no further charges be made to my account in the coming months. I also request a full refund for the unauthorized payment and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. If I do not receive a response, I will pursue legal action.

The money refunded to my card has been showing as pending for days and still hasn't been credited to my account. I can't figure out what kind of system I'm in. My bank said it would be credited when they receive the end-of-day report, but I'm still anxious.
