BetterMe overcharged me by a significant amount. I planned to begin with a modest quantity and proceed further if I found it satisfactory. Surprisingly, a significant amount of money was taken from my account without my permission. I would like to request a refund as soon as possible. If this matter is not addressed, I will take the necessary steps to report it to the relevant authorities.
