I noticed that BetterMe charged my card without my consent, even though I had only made a one-time purchase. I did not subscribe to any service, and due to my busy schedule, I couldn’t even use the one-month package I had initially bought. However, I just realized that for the past three months, money has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. I couldn’t even find a phone number to contact for a refund or to cancel the subscription.

I was not informed that I had subscribed to anything or that my membership would continue if I didn’t cancel. I want this issue to be resolved, my membership to be canceled, and no further charges to be made to my account in the coming months. I also request a prompt response. Otherwise, I will take legal action.
