Refund Request and Resolution Regarding BetterMe App Unauthorized Charges

I purchased a discounted promotion from the BetterMe app. I was told I would be notified before any additional charges, but I received a message that my membership was renewed only after the money was taken. In short, they charged me first and informed me later. This is a significant amount for me right now. They withdrew 1000 TL and 699 TL without notice. I emailed them, but there was no response, only a suggestion to cancel the subscription, which doesn't even appear in my subscriptions. I can't access my account because it says the membership has expired. I request a refund. Please don't inconvenience your customers.

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
