I Face Unauthorized Monthly Charges After Cancellation on BetterMe App

I purchased a discounted promotion from the BetterMe app. I was told I would be notified before any additional charges, but I received a message that my membership was renewed only after the money was taken. In short, they charged me first and informed me later. This is a significant amount for me right now. They withdrew 1000 TL and 699 TL without notice. I emailed them, but there was no response, only a suggestion to cancel the subscription, which doesn't even appear in my subscriptions.
