BetterMe Unauthorized Charges and Frustrating Membership Cancellation

Because I didn't give permission, the Betterme app took 115.64 TL out of my account without my knowledge. I can't cancel my membership through the website or the app because I didn't give permission. I sent them an email asking for help, but they didn't answer with any help. They don't send the email that needs to be sent to cancel the reservation. I want my subscription to this magazine to end as soon as possible. I also expect to get a quick refund of any unfair fees that have been taken out of my account so far. They sign people up for memberships without asking them first, and then they use the unfair gains to make money in secret. I have never spent money on a premium membership.
