Demanding Immediate Refund from BetterMe Subscription Service

On July 15, 2023, BeeterMe made an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account in the amount of 280 TL for a weekly program. I had only authorized an 8 TL charge for this service. I insist on receiving my money as soon as possible. This purchase and payment were in no way authorized or confirmed by me. What makes something like this even possible? It's a terrible thing to deceive people and take their money when you don't have the legal right to do either. Furthermore, there is no customer service contact number listed on the website through which I can contact someone! I demand that my subscription be cancelled immediately and that I be refunded in full for any and all fees incurred. Thank you very much.
