BetterMe withdrew money from my account without my knowledge or consent. On February 1st, I was charged twice—once for ₺700 and again for ₺1000. To make matters worse, I checked my transaction history and found that similar charges had been made in November through "Iyzico BetterMe Workout" (₺350 and ₺500). I never authorized these transactions, and I have no connection to these payments. This is a serious issue, and I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges. I also expect BetterMe to investigate and prevent this from happening to others. Unauthorized payments like this should not be happening!
