Betterme Yoga regularly withdraws money from my card in a way I don't understand. It started in May. I noticed in July and wanted to cancel. I wanted to download the application (I tried the website) and enter my account (if it really exists), but I got the warning that I don't have an account in the system. Somehow I didn't create an account but signed up for a monthly subscription! They don't have a phone number or an address. They put a fake e-mail address support@betterme. as the world. You send an e-mail, and there is an automatic reply saying we have received your e-mail and we will contact you, but then there is no caller or asking. I called my bank and tried to solve it from there, but the debit said there was no other choice but to cancel the card. If I cancel, I will have to save again in dozens of places that regularly trade. In short, it is a mind-blowing situation. They have set up a whole fraud network, and they call it healthy living. They advertise as much as the world and sway them with false tests. Eventually, I will cancel my card and put an end to it. However, those who enter and examine here should know that this is a great conspiracy.
