Despite canceling my subscription, BetterMe continued withdrawing payments for two months. What's going on? I thought the first subscription attempt was a fluke, but now they've taken money again. How are they getting away with this? I've checked, and I deleted the app; my last subscription ended on 09/09, yet they're still taking money. What is this unjustified payment extraction? I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized amount BetterMe took from my card. Additionally, please ensure a permanent cancellation of my membership to prevent any further unauthorized charges. Thank you.

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
