Trip.com Customer Service Unreachable While Flight Status Remains Unclear

I purchased a ticket through Trip.com for the AJet flight VF1988 from London Stansted to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen on March 29, 2026 at 11:50 AM, departing from Oxford, UK. On March 26, 2026, I initiated a change request through the Trip.com app to modify the date and time of this flight, but despite the time that has passed, I have not received any response.
Due to this uncertainty, I later decided to cancel the change request and proceed with my original March 29 flight. However, I did not receive any response to this request either. The system indicates that the earliest response to the change request will be on March 30. In this situation, I am unable to confidently board my March 29 flight, and I also cannot switch to the March 30 flight I initially wanted—leaving me in complete uncertainty.
If the request to change the March 29 flight is rejected on March 30, I will have already missed my March 29 flight. Additionally, I cannot reach customer service over the weekend, so I am unable to speak with anyone or receive support. We also have an ill family member waiting for us at our destination, which makes this uncertainty even more distressing both emotionally and practically.
